Section OneThe Inter-Club Fund The Inter-Club Fund was founded in 1973 by Gay Bikers as a way to help those in our Community who were in financial need due to accident or illness. As our Communities have grown and changed, so has the ICF. Currently the ICF has eight primarily South-of-Market member organizations, each with a seat on the Board.  In addition, there are five Independent Board members representing the Community-at-Large. The Inter-Club Fund is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, with no paid staff.
